Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
2. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. The return eligibility and period are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
2. Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing parts or hardware components

1. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.
2. Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
2. Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, screws, fittings, manuals, and accessories must be returned.
• Products that have been installed, drilled, or show signs of mounting will not be eligible for return.
• Improper installation damage will not be covered under return policy.
• Minor scratches or cosmetic variations due to transportation may not qualify as defects.
• Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return window (refer product page) will not be accepted.
