6. Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • RISSACHI provides a 7-day replacement and exchange facility from the date of delivery, subject to applicable conditions.

  • Replacement or exchange requests may be raised for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered products.

  • Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  • A continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for damage, missing-item, defective-product, and incorrect-product claims.

  • The video should clearly show the original package, shipping label, opening process, and product received.

  • Products must be returned with original packaging and supplied accessories, wherever applicable.

  • All requests are subject to verification and approval.

7. No Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not provide a general return or refund facility.

  • Eligible customers can request replacement or exchange according to our policy.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal preference.
